Cleaning and Restoring a Fire-Damaged Waterford Residence

This Before Photo indicates just some of the fire and smoke damage left behind after disaster struck in a Waterford home. The entire home required cleaning, which can often be the case with small fires because soot and odors can travel quickly through ductwork. SERVPRO was available to perform necessary cleaning and demolition services to prevent further fire risk and mitigate existing damage.

In the After Photo, the room the damage originated from has been thoroughly cleaned with some demolition performed, particularly on the ceiling and the wall most affected by the fire. The exposed wall and ceiling joists can be treated, sanitized, and deodorized to allow for new sheetrock and ceiling tile installation. The floor has also been restored to a clean, safe condition, free of debris.
